Ovintiv renews share buyback program, targets up to 26,973,037 shares

Ovintiv renewed its share buyback program, authorizing repurchases of up to 26,973,037 shares from Oct. 5, 2026, to Oct. 4, 2027. The authorization equals 10% of its public float as of Sept. 21, 2026.
