Owens Corning named Todd Fister Executive Vice President and Chief Financial and Operating Officer to accelerate organic growth, margins and operational discipline. He will lead enterprise-wide initiatives leveraging OC Advantages™ to lower costs, boost capital efficiency and redeploy savings for growth while an external CFO search is underway.
1. Executive Promotion Details
Effective May 1, 2026, Owens Corning elevated Todd Fister to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial and Operating Officer. This expanded role combines financial and operational leadership as the company enhances integrated execution.
2. Role Responsibilities and Strategic Priorities
In his new capacity, Fister will oversee enterprise-wide initiatives aimed at accelerating organic growth, enhancing margins and embedding operational discipline. He will leverage the OC Advantages™—iconic brand, commercial strength, advanced technology and cost position—to simplify processes, lower costs and improve capital efficiency.
3. Executive Background and Succession Plan
Fister joined Owens Corning in 2014 and has served as Executive Vice President and CFO since 2023, following a successful tenure as President of the Insulation business from 2019. He will manage both finance and operations during the external search for a standalone Chief Financial Officer.
