OwlTing obtained a Money Transmitter License in Ohio, marking its 42nd state permit and extending regulated digital currency settlement into the nation’s seventh-largest economy. Ohio’s $967 billion GDP, anchored by a $55 billion aerospace and defense industry, now has direct access to OwlPay’s cross-border payment network.

OwlPay currently settles 45% of transactions within the U.S. and 40% across 21 foreign markets, with Ohio companies contributing to $144 billion in annual cross-border goods trade. The new license bolsters OwlTing’s foundation for future expansion into digital currency-based settlement and AI-driven agent commerce.
