Ozop Energy Solutions filed a Form 12b-25 to delay its quarterly Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2026.

The filing cited extra time needed to compile and analyze supporting documentation. Additional time is also needed for its independent registered public accounting firm to complete its review.

The company expects to file the Form 10-Q within five calendar days of the original due date.

It did not anticipate a significant change in results of operations versus the prior-year period.
