PACS Group names Patrick J. Murphy chief legal officer, succeeding John Mitchell
PACS•Murphy's background
Murphy joins from King & Spalding, where he was a partner in the Special Matters Practice Group.
He previously spent 20 years at General Electric's legal department, including global chief litigation counsel for GE Healthcare.
Murphy also served as senior vice president legal and global chief litigation counsel at Fresenius Medical Care.

- Outgoing chief legal officer John Mitchell retired Sept. 18, 2026; he will remain as a consultant during the transition.
