Pagaya closes revolving VFN facility with ATLAS SP Partners with nearly $700 million funding capacity
PGY•Pagaya closed its first Variable Funding Note facility with ATLAS SP Partners, targeting nearly $700 million in revolving funding capacity for its personal loan platform.
1. Funding facility
The revolving committed facility allows Pagaya to draw, repay and redeploy liquidity to support loan originations, with multi-quarter funding visibility. It is designed to season newly originated loans before securitization and support execution for Pagaya’s AAA-rated PAID ABS program.
