Paramount Skydance filed an 8-K/A to correct errors in a table in Exhibit 99.3 of its July 31, 2026 Form 8-K.
The correction updates amounts of Existing WBD Notes validly delivered in consent solicitations and eligible for exchange into Second Lien Secured Exchange Notes.
Revised eligible principal totals include USD 2.69 billion for 4.279% Senior Notes due 2032, USD 4.1 billion for 5.050% Senior Notes due 2042.
Other updated figures include USD 1.35 billion for 4.054% Senior Notes due 2029; EUR 234.38 million for 4.302% Senior Notes due 2030.
The amendment leaves all other disclosures in the original Form 8-K unchanged.
