Tender offers extended to Sept. 25
Paramount Skydance extended cash tender offers and exchange offers for certain Discovery Global Holdings and Discovery Communications senior notes tied to its proposed Warner Bros. Discovery acquisition.
The new expiration date is set for 5 p.m. New York time on Sept. 25, 2026, with settlement expected promptly afterward in Q3 2026.
Management signaled further extensions to align settlement with the acquisition closing, and holders can withdraw tenders until expiration.
