Parke Bancorp appointed Michael L. Regina, an entrepreneur, to its board of directors. He is co-founder and principal of Big Sky Enterprises, a South Jersey commercial real estate development, design-build and finance firm founded in 2003. Regina also co-founded Global Post Auditing Solutions, a Charleston-based auditing, cost recovery and financial technology logistics business, in 2016.
