Patria Q2 2026 net income rises to US$14.61 million; service revenue jumps 35%
PAX•Patria Investments’ Q2 net income rose to US$14.61 million from US$14.12 million a year earlier, while net revenue from services increased 35% to US$111.29 million. For the six months ended June 30, net income fell 37% to US$19.21 million as service revenue rose 29% to US$208.36 million.

Patria Investments posted Q2 net income of US$14.61 million, up from US$14.12 million a year earlier. Net revenue from services rose 35% to US$111.29 million, while basic earnings per share fell 18% to US$0.06624.
2. Six-month figures
For the six months ended June 30, net income dropped 37% to US$19.21 million and basic earnings per share fell 55% to US$0.08031. Net revenue from services increased 29% to US$208.36 million; management fee revenue also climbed 35% to US$208.36 million. Management said the increase in management fee revenue versus June 30, 2025, was driven by first-quarter 2026 business combinations and inflows within credit funds.
