Patria Investments completed its acquisition of U.S.-based WP Global Partners, adding a team of 30 in New York and Chicago. Pro forma FEAUM for its Global Private Market Solutions platform rises to $13.6 billion, with nearly 40% of assets in U.S. middle-market private equity.

1. Acquisition Completion

On April 1, Patria Investments finalized its acquisition of WP Global Partners, a U.S.-based private equity solutions manager focused on lower-middle-market investments, expanding its Global Private Market Solutions capabilities.

2. FEAUM Growth and U.S. Exposure

Pro forma for the transaction, Patria’s GPMS Fee Earning Assets under Management reached $13.6 billion as of 4Q25, with nearly 40% of investments allocated to U.S. middle-market private equity, enhancing geographic diversification.

3. Integration and Team Retention

The 30 professionals from WP Global Partners will remain in their current roles, operating out of Patria’s New York and Chicago offices, fully integrating into the Global Private Market Solutions platform to support client demand for U.S. exposure.
