Patrick Industries is seeking to acquire LCI Industries through a two-step merger that would leave LCI as an indirect wholly owned subsidiary.
Premerger filings were submitted on Aug. 5, 2026, then withdrawn on Sept. 4 and refiled on Sept. 9, resetting the review timeline.
Completion remains subject to expiration or early termination of the new waiting period and other closing conditions in the merger agreement.
