PAYP•PAYP•PAYP•PayPay named Toshiki Motoda head of its finance group effective Nov. 1, 2026, and announced leadership changes across several other divisions.
Motoda, previously head of PayPay’s finance and corporate strategy divisions, will lead the finance group. Wataru Kagechika will lead the management support division; Kotaro Emae will head FP&A; Kenichi Natsume will head the finance division; and Yuki Maeda will head investment strategy, all effective Nov. 1, 2026.
