PDSB•PDS Biotech appointed John Dawson, Deborah Ramsdell and Bruce Wendel to its board, effective October 18, 2026. Stephen Glover, Kamil Ali-Jackson, Gregory Freitag and Otis Brawley also stepped down that day.

PDS Biotech appointed former Oxford Biomedica CEO John Dawson, Pluvia Biotech CEO Deborah Ramsdell and Bruce Wendel, formerly executive vice president of corporate development at Bristol-Myers Squibb, to its board, effective October 18, 2026. Stephen Glover, Kamil Ali-Jackson, Gregory Freitag and Otis Brawley resigned or stepped down from the board on the same date.
