Pearlmark closed a $10 million mezzanine loan to refinance a six-property, 115-unit multifamily portfolio in New York City's East Village, Nolita and Lower East Side.

1. Portfolio refinancing

The loan was originated and structured on behalf of Pearlmark Mezzanine Realty Partners VI. Walker & Dunlop's Aaron Appel and Michael Diaz arranged the financing.
