Pebblebrook Hotel Trust appointed Bill Bayless to its board of trustees, effective Oct. 1, 2026. Bayless is CEO of Maslow Campus Communities, previously co-founded American Campus Communities and helped lead its 2022 sale to Blackstone. The board will have eight trustees following the appointment, with seven classified as independent.
