Pebblebrook Hotel Trust Adopts Canary AI Voice, Mobile Check-In Tools
PEB•Canary Technologies will provide its AI-based guest management tools to Curator Hotel & Resort Collection’s Preferred Vendor Programme members, granting Pebblebrook Hotel Trust preferred access to digital solutions. Pebblebrook is deploying Canary’s AI Voice, guest messaging and mobile check-in tools to boost hotel-level productivity and operational efficiency.
1. Partnership Details
Canary Technologies has entered an agreement to offer its AI-driven guest management platform to members of Curator Hotel & Resort Collection’s Preferred Vendor Programme. Pebblebrook Hotel Trust, a founding sponsor of Curator, secures preferred access to Canary’s digital solutions as part of this deal.
2. Pebblebrook Implementation
Pebblebrook is integrating Canary’s system across its urban and resort lifestyle hotels to enhance responsiveness, streamline operations and drive ancillary revenue. The trust aims to improve hotel-level productivity by automating routine tasks and freeing staff for higher-value activities.
3. Canary Platform Capabilities
The platform features AI Voice for call handling and reservations, AI Guest Messaging across SMS, webchat and OTA channels, mobile check-in and key, self-service kiosks, and digital payment workflows. Additional tools include front desk QR codes, AI Guest Messaging on WhatsApp, Google and Apple profiles, and Smart Checkout for folio review and late checkout requests.
