Pebblebrook Hotel Trust sells Portland’s Hotel Zags for $10 million
PEB•Pebblebrook Hotel Trust completed the sale of The Hotel Zags in Portland, Oregon, for $10 million on Oct. 8, 2026. The 174-room hotel had estimated trailing-12-month operating and EBITDA losses of $0.8 million and $0.6 million, respectively, through Aug. 31.

Pebblebrook Hotel Trust said proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including opportunistic repurchases of common or preferred shares.
