PTHS•Pelthos Therapeutics held its annual shareholder meeting on Sept. 29, 2026, with a quorum present. Shareholders approved Grant Thornton LLP as the fiscal 2026 auditor and authorized a new equity incentive plan.
1. Meeting approvals
Shareholders approved the appointment of Grant Thornton LLP as Pelthos Therapeutics’ independent registered public accounting firm for fiscal 2026. They also authorized the 2026 Equity Incentive Plan, which replaced the 2023 plan and took effect immediately upon approval.
