Pennant Group finalized the purchase of Arbor Rose Senior Living’s real estate and operations in Mesa, Arizona, officially renaming the community Lavender Lane Senior Living. The transaction transfers full ownership and operational control of the campus to Pennant’s senior living subsidiary.

The Lavender Lane campus comprises 44 assisted living beds, 30 memory care beds and 25 independent living units, for a total of 74 licensed beds. The facility offers tailored care levels to meet diverse senior needs within the East Valley market.

This acquisition strengthens Pennant’s presence in Arizona’s senior housing sector, expanding its East Valley footprint and diversifying its regional portfolio. It aligns with the company’s disciplined growth strategy targeting high-demand markets with strong long-term fundamentals.
