PennDOT and GovDeals launch statewide surplus asset auction

PennDOT partnered with Liquidity Services’ GovDeals platform to run a statewide online auction of about 350 surplus fleet assets.

The event opened July 29, 2026, with bidding set to close Aug. 14, 2026.

Pennsylvania will consolidate equipment from multiple locations into one event sale to streamline disposals, broaden buyer reach, and support competitive pricing.
