Pentair completed its acquisition of Taco Group Holdings for $1.4 billion, subject to customary adjustments. The acquisition adds Taco’s hydronic and water-based products to Pentair’s smart water solutions portfolio. Taco will operate under its brand in Pentair’s Water Solutions segment, and the business will maintain a significant presence in Cranston, Rhode Island.
