PepsiCo management says Q3 2026 net revenue rises 5.6%, international organic growth reaches 8%

PepsiCo management commentary on Q3 2026 earnings cited 5.6% net revenue growth, driven by 3.1% organic growth, acquisitions, divestitures and foreign exchange. Global beverages organic volume rose 3%, while convenient foods organic volume increased 1%; food volume growth was faster excluding certain commodity-oriented South Africa businesses. International organic revenue growth accelerated to 8%. Year to date, international represented 41% of net revenue and 45% of core segment operating profit.
2. North America changes
North America underperformed internal expectations. Snacks trends improved with volume share gains, while carbonated soft drinks trailed category performance. Management outlined higher productivity savings, structural cost cuts, marketing changes and more investment in innovation to improve North America results.
