- Gross sale price was set at $42.65 million.
- The vessel was debt-free on delivery following a $12.8 million loan prepayment.
- Net proceeds are estimated at about $30 million, expected to support fleet expansion and cover most remaining newbuilding commitments.
Vessel details and prior purchase price
The company bought the 2010-built, 105,304 dwt vessel in Q4 2022 for $36.5 million.
