Adjusted EBITDA reached CAD 75 million, or 23% of revenue, reflecting sequential improvement.

The company opened 14 new stores in Q4 and achieved 40 net new locations in 2025, ending the year with 863 sites nationwide. Pet Valu plans to add another 40 stores in 2026, following a ‘best site first’ strategy and maintaining roughly 70% franchise penetration.
4. Delivery Service Outlook
By partnering with DoorDash, Pet Valu aims to capture on-demand shoppers and boost omnichannel engagement, leveraging limited-time promotions like AutoShip and click-and-collect. This expanded delivery gateway is poised to drive incremental order volume and revenue for DoorDash in the Canadian market.
