Peterson Wealth Services Raises ASML Holding Position 30.8% to $9.57M

Peterson Wealth Services boosted its ASML Holding position by 30.8% in Q3 to 9,884 shares, now worth $9.57M and constituting 2.2% of its portfolio. AQR Capital Management and UBS Asset Management lifted their ASML stakes by 141.1% and 153.1%, owning 6,871 and 17,210 shares valued at $4.55M and $11.40M respectively.

1. Peterson Wealth Services Bolsters ASML Position

In its latest Form 13F filing with the SEC, Peterson Wealth Services increased its holdings in ASML Holding N.V. by 30.8% during the third quarter. The firm added 2,327 shares to bring its total stake to 9,884 shares, raising the position to 2.2% of its overall portfolio and ranking ASML as its ninth-largest holding. As of the filing date, Peterson’s ASML shares carried a reported value of $9.57 million.

2. Broad Institutional Interest Persists

Several other asset managers also adjusted their ASML exposures in recent quarters. AQR Capital Management more than doubled its position in the first quarter, adding 4,021 shares for a total of 6,871 shares. UBS Asset Management’s distinct business unit expanded by 153.1%, purchasing 10,411 additional shares to reach 17,210 shares. Capstone Wealth Management lifted its stake by 5.2%, adding 124 shares to hold 2,511 shares. Meanwhile, smaller increases were recorded by Sivia Capital Partners (+1.3%, 15 shares) and Empirical Wealth Management (+71.6%, 335 shares). Collectively, institutional investors now account for just over a quarter of ASML’s outstanding shares.

3. Dividend Raised to Enhance Shareholder Yield

ASML’s board approved a new quarterly dividend of €3.1771 per share, payable to shareholders of record on April 27 and representing an annualized payout of €12.71 per share. This increase from the previous €1.88 quarterly distribution raises the company’s dividend payout ratio to 24.8% and establishes a yield just under 1%, underscoring ASML’s commitment to returning cash while funding its capital-intensive EUV development and manufacturing roadmap.
