Shareholders approve incentive plan expansion
PetMed Express held its annual shareholder meeting on Aug. 11, 2026.
Shareholders backed an amendment to the 2024 Omnibus Incentive Plan, expanding the share reserve by 1,800,000 shares for future issuance.
