Petrobras publishes Q3 2026 production and sales report
PBR•Petrobras reported record third-quarter oil and gas production of 3,512,000 barrels of oil equivalent daily, up 11.7% year over year. Domestic fuel sales rose 6.4% from the previous quarter to 1,854,000 barrels daily.

Petrobras’ third-quarter 2026 oil and gas production reached a record 3,512,000 barrels of oil equivalent daily, up 11.7% year over year. Domestic fuel sales rose 6.4% quarter over quarter to 1,854,000 barrels daily, led by 14.4% growth in diesel sales.
2. Refining and exports
Refined-product output fell 2.3% quarter over quarter to 1,873,000 barrels daily, reflecting scheduled refinery maintenance. Diesel production reached a quarterly record of 769,000 barrels daily, with refinery utilization at 99%. Crude and fuel exports reached a record 1,251,000 barrels daily, while net exports fell 14.6% quarter over quarter as imports surged 114.1%.
