PGIM will merge the PGIM Jennison Focused Value Fund into the PGIM Jennison Focused Value ETF, with the reorganization expected to become effective on or about January 15, 2027.

PGIM said it plans to merge the PGIM Jennison Focused Value Fund into the PGIM Jennison Focused Value ETF. The reorganization is expected to become effective on or about January 15, 2027.
