PHH Mortgage Earns Fifth Straight Fannie Mae STAR Award, UPB Grows 9%
Onity Group’s PHH Mortgage secured Fannie Mae’s 2025 STAR Performer recognition for the fifth consecutive year by excelling in General Servicing and Solution Delivery metrics. PHH serviced 1.4 million loans with $328 billion UPB, grew total servicing UPB by 9% and owned MSR UPB by 15% in 2025.

Onity Group’s PHH Mortgage achieved Fannie Mae’s 2025 STAR Performer status in both General Servicing and Solution Delivery categories for the fifth consecutive year, joining the top servicers in transition to delinquency, investor reporting, cure rates, retention efficiency, liquidation efficiency and modification performance.
2. Servicing Portfolio Growth
As of December 31, 2025, PHH serviced or subserviced approximately 1.4 million loans with a total unpaid principal balance of $328 billion, expanding its total servicing UPB by 9% and increasing its owned mortgage servicing rights UPB by 15% year-over-year.
3. Rebranding Update
Onity Group announced it will rebrand PHH Mortgage Corporation to Onity Mortgage Corporation effective March 23, 2026, unifying its servicing and originations platforms under a single corporate identity.
