Philips AGM Approves New Supervisory Board Member John DeFord and CEO Reappointment
Philips shareholders approved all proposals at the May 8, 2026 AGM, including appointing John DeFord to the Supervisory Board and reappointing Paul Stoffels, Herna Verhagen and Sanjay Poonen.
