Phillips 66 highlights shipping control as key to energy supply at Baker Institute summit

Mark Senn said Phillips 66's 2-million-barrel-per-day refining system offers flexibility as crude availability grows while Russian refinery disruptions and reduced Chinese exports tighten refined-product supply. He said control of a large portion of the company's delivery fleet helps maintain customer access as shipping routes lengthen, and emphasized disciplined market analysis as volatility makes traditional risk measures harder to interpret.
