Phillips 66 Limited has finalized its acquisition of Prax Lindsey Oil Refinery assets, integrating storage and infrastructure into its Humber Refinery operations. This deal aims to enhance UK fuel supply resilience and unlock growth in traditional and renewable fuels through improved refining and distribution capabilities.

1. Completion of Acquisition

Phillips 66 Limited has completed its purchase of Prax Lindsey Oil Refinery assets and associated infrastructure following an agreement reached in January. The assets include storage tanks, pipelines and processing units adjacent to the Humber Refinery site.

2. Integration into Humber Operations

The company plans to integrate the acquired storage and pipeline infrastructure into its Humber Refinery operations to boost feedstock handling and refining throughput. Integration will commence immediately to optimize capacity and network connectivity.

This strategic move is designed to reinforce UK fuel supply resilience and expand production of traditional fuels and sustainable aviation fuel. Enhanced refining capabilities and strengthened distribution through over 330 JET-branded outlets will support regional energy security and growth.
