Phillips 66 ups committed receivables financing facility to $2 billion, extends maturity to August 2027

Phillips 66 amended its accounts receivable securitization program on Aug. 20, 2026 through a Fifth Amendment to its RPFA.
- The changes add an uncommitted facility of up to $250 million.
- The maximum committed facility size was increased to $2 billion from $1.75 billion.
- The maturity was extended to Aug. 19, 2027 from Sept. 28, 2026.
