Phillips Edison announces $377.5 million joint venture expansion with Northwestern Mutual
PECO•Phillips Edison & Company announced a $377.5 million expansion of its joint venture with Northwestern Mutual, which will buy 13 shopping centers owned by Phillips Edison.
1. Joint venture expansion
The joint venture’s term was extended by 10 years to 2036. Northwestern Mutual retains an 86% interest and Phillips Edison retains 14%; the expansion will occur in stages, with additional transfers expected by early 2027.
