Phillips Edison published an investor deck reaffirming a grocery-anchored strategy, with 94% of ABR from grocery-anchored centers.
The portfolio includes 330 properties across 31 states, totaling 37.4 million square feet of GLA. Leased portfolio occupancy was 97% as of June 30, 2026.
The company said enterprise value was USD 8.4 billion, with trailing 12-month net debt to annualized adjusted EBITDAre of 5.1x.
Its Everyday Retail expansion plan targets USD 700 million to USD 1 billion over five years, representing up to 10% of the portfolio.
