Phinia completes acquisition of stoba Group
PHIN•Phinia completed its acquisition of 100% of stoba Group, expanding beyond automotive into industrial markets including semiconductors, aerospace and defense.
1. Deal expands reach
Phinia said the acquisition adds a global supplier of high-precision components and manufacturing solutions, including an aerospace and defense-certified facility and greater exposure to semiconductor equipment components. Management expects integration to support profitable growth through supply-chain resilience, broader capabilities and cost efficiencies.
