2. Raised 2026 outlook
PHINIA raised its 2026 net sales outlook to $3.63 billion-$3.68 billion. It expects adjusted EBITDA of $500 million-$520 million and adjusted free cash flow of $220 million-$250 million.

Higher sales in the Americas drove growth in Aftermarket Solutions. Power Systems sales declined, which PHINIA attributed to the absence of prior-year pricing actions and the timing of tariff recovery mechanisms; favorable timing of those mechanisms contributed to higher adjusted EBITDA.
