Photronics Appoints Jeff Catlin SVP of Global Sales and Adds Michelle Almeida to Board

1. Photronics Names Jeff Catlin Senior Vice President, Global Sales
Photronics announced on January 8, 2026 that Jeff Catlin will join the company as Senior Vice President, Global Sales, reporting directly to Chairman and CEO George Macricostas. Mr. Catlin brings more than 20 years of leadership in the semiconductor industry, including over a decade of building and managing global sales organizations that achieved double-digit growth rates. In his new role, he will unify Photronics’ sales teams across North America, Europe and Asia, aligning efforts to capture high-end photomask opportunities. His appointment coincides with Photronics’ ongoing organic investments in advanced manufacturing capacity in the U.S. and Korea, positioning the company to benefit from reshoring trends and increased outsourcing by captive mask shops.
2. Photronics Appoints Michelle Almeida to Board of Directors
On January 7, 2026 Photronics announced the addition of Michelle Almeida to its Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2026. Ms. Almeida will serve as an independent director, bringing strategic insight from her more than 25 years of experience in technology and manufacturing leadership. Chairman and CEO George Macricostas highlighted her strong governance background and track record of guiding global R&D investments. With this appointment, Photronics’ board will consist of eight members, reinforcing oversight as the company executes its long-term strategy to expand its 11 worldwide manufacturing facilities and leverage its 56-year legacy in photomask production.
