2. Curriculum and Leadership

Led by Dr. Andre Simon, Vice President of Clinical Affairs at SynCardia, the program combines focused classroom instruction with hands-on surgical sessions covering implantation techniques, patient selection criteria, perioperative management, and clinical best practices to reinforce procedural consistency and optimal outcomes.

3. Strategic Expansion Objective

This training initiative supports Picard Medical’s strategy to develop centers of excellence across key U.S. regions, strengthen clinical capabilities at high-volume transplant programs, expand patient access to the SynCardia Total Artificial Heart, and drive increased implant volumes.
