Pinnacle deposits in covered MSAs rise 6.7% to $98.2 billion, FDIC data show

Pinnacle Financial Partners reported FDIC deposit data as of June 30, 2026, its first six months post Synovus merger.
- Deposits in covered MSAs totaled $98.2 billion, up $6.2 billion, or 6.7%, versus 2025 pro forma combined levels.
- Nashville MSA remained No. 1 with $22.7 billion of deposits, 21.1% share, up 5% year over year.
- Atlanta MSA ranked No. 4 with $17.1 billion, 6.7% share, up 12% year over year.
- Across its footprint, deposits rose in 39 MSAs; 17 markets moved up in rankings; 17 markets posted double-digit growth.
