Pinterest named James Dibbo chief financial officer effective Oct. 26, 2026. Outgoing CFO Julia Brau Donnelly will step down that day and remain in an advisory role through Oct. 30.

1. CFO transition

Dibbo will take charge of Pinterest’s global finance organization. He joins from Amazon, where he most recently served as vice president and CFO for Global Entertainment, Advertising and Corporate Development, and previously was CFO of Worldwide Consumer.
