2. Full-Year Performance

Full-year 2025 revenue advanced 12.1% to $1.3 billion, with system-wide same club sales up 6.7%. Net income attributable to the company totaled $219.1 million, or $2.62 per diluted share, and Adjusted EBITDA grew to $551.6 million.

3. Membership and Club Growth

The chain added 1.1 million net new members in 2025, ending the year with approximately 20.8 million members across 2,896 clubs. Club expansions included 93 franchisee-owned and 11 corporate-owned locations in Q4 and 181 new clubs system-wide for the full year.

4. Liquidity Position

Planet Fitness closed 2025 with $607.0 million in cash and marketable securities, comprising $345.7 million in cash and equivalents, $66.3 million in restricted cash and $195.0 million in marketable securities.
