Revenue fell 91% to US$112,399 after previously contracted projects were completed and no new contracts were signed. Gross profit dropped 93% to US$43,278, while gross margin narrowed 14.2 percentage points to 38.5%; selling expenses rose to US$1.43 million and research and development expenses climbed to US$1.88 million as the company expanded R&D activities. Management said conditions raise substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern for at least 12 months.
