- PLAYSTUDIOS said it will cease operation of the Win Zone Sweepstakes product on Sept. 18, 2026, according to an SEC filing.
- PLAYSTUDIOS said it expects to recognize a pre-tax impairment charge of $3 million-$3.50 million under GAAP, according to the filing.
- PLAYSTUDIOS said it will finalize the impairment charges with its Form 10-Q for the period ending Sept. 30, 2026.
