Pliant Therapeutics to present Phase 1b cancer trial at ESMO 2026
PLRX•Pliant Therapeutics will present its ongoing FORTIFY Phase 1b trial at ESMO in Madrid on October 23, 2026. The study evaluates PLN-101095 combined with pembrolizumab in three groups of patients with advanced solid tumors resistant to immune checkpoint inhibitors.
1. Trial presentation
The FORTIFY Phase 1b trial is enrolling patients with advanced solid tumors resistant to immune checkpoint inhibitors. It evaluates PLN-101095 combined with pembrolizumab across cohorts covering non-small cell lung cancer, high-tumor-mutational-burden tumors and clear cell renal cell carcinoma, assessing safety, tolerability and preliminary antitumor activity.
