PSTV•Plus Therapeutics will rebrand as Cerenome and trade under ticker CNSY on August 3, 2026, with no shareholder action required. The company expanded CNSide diagnostic coverage to 126 million lives with three new payer deals and secured Medicare PTAN ahead of PLA code activation.
1. Corporate Rebranding and Ticker Change
Plus Therapeutics will officially change its name to Cerenome and begin trading under the new Nasdaq ticker CNSY on August 3, 2026. Shareholders need not take any action, and the company plans to launch a refreshed corporate website at cerenome.com in conjunction with the transition.
2. CNSide Commercial Coverage Expansion
The CNSide CSF Tumor Cell Enumeration assay coverage grew from approximately 67 million to 126 million covered lives with new agreements from Highmark, Blue Shield of California and Elevance Health. The diagnostics unit enrolled in Medicare on May 7, 2026, obtaining a Provider Transaction Access Number, and its AMA PLA code 0640U will take effect July 1, 2026.
3. REYOBIQ Clinical and Manufacturing Progress
Plus continues to advance REYOBIQ (rhenium-186 obisbemeda) across three ReSPECT trials: the Leptomeningeal Metastases Phase 2 trial aiming for dose optimization with one-third of patients enrolled, the GBM Phase 2 trial at 31 of 34 subjects enrolled targeting full 2026 completion, and the pediatric brain cancer Phase 1 study expecting first dosing in Q3 2026 while manufacturing scale-up and FDA purification activities proceed on schedule.
