Nanjing Chenxi will support origination through screening, negotiations, site surveys, due diligence coordination, and closings.
PN Smart retains sole final investment authority; Nanjing Chenxi cannot make binding commitments on its behalf.
Service fees will be set per project; no fee is due if PN Smart declines a proposed transaction.

PN Smart Energy entered a framework agreement with Nanjing Chenxi to source about 200 MW of distributed solar projects.
The pipeline targets industrial and commercial rooftop systems, as well as residential distributed photovoltaic assets.
