Polyrizon Secures BRANY IRB Approval for NASARIX Allergy Blocker Trial
PLRZ•Polyrizon received central IRB approval from BRANY on June 18, 2026 for its first human trial of NASARIX, validating the PL14-CTP-01 study protocol. The study will compare NASARIX’s efficacy, safety and tolerability against a saline spray control in seasonal allergic rhinitis patients, advancing toward site activation.
1. Central IRB Approval for NASARIX Trial
Polyrizon received central IRB approval on June 18, 2026 from the BRANY Institutional Review Board for its first human clinical trial of NASARIX, confirming the PL14-CTP-01 protocol and all participant protection documents meet ethical standards.
2. Study Protocol and Assessment Measures
The Phase 1 study will compare NASARIX against a saline spray control to evaluate symptom relief, safety, tolerability and quality-of-life outcomes in seasonal allergic rhinitis patients, utilizing electronic diaries and detailed informed consent forms.
3. Site Activation and Enrollment Process
Individual clinical sites must secure separate IRB approvals before initiating activities, after which Polyrizon will proceed with site activation and patient enrollment under ongoing IRB oversight through June 17, 2027.
