Pomdoctor appeals Nasdaq delisting notice after ADSs trade below $1 bid price threshold
POM•Pomdoctor received a Nasdaq delisting notice after its ADS bid price stayed below $1 for 30 sessions and plans to request a hearing by Oct. 13, ahead of a suspension scheduled for Oct. 15.
1. Nasdaq delisting notice
Pomdoctor received a Nasdaq delisting determination letter on Oct. 6, 2026, because its ADS bid price had remained below $1.00 for 30 sessions. Trading suspension is scheduled for the open on Oct. 15 unless the company files an appeal; Pomdoctor plans to request a Nasdaq hearings panel review by Oct. 13 and submit a plan to regain the minimum bid price. A timely hearing request would pause the suspension while the panel reviews the appeal. A 1-for-18 reverse stock split on June 22 left the company without a standard cure period.
